PowerRail is a certified AAR M-1003 Manufacturer, Remanufacturer, and Distributor of aftermarket locomotive parts and components, offering a wide range of products. We are North America’s leading aftermarket parts provider, supporting both EMD and GE locomotives. In addition to our broad locomotive line, we also provide products for Passenger Transit, Marine and Power Generation markets.
Our offering of products includes both New and Unit Exchange Remanufactured components to accommodate any budget. In addition, our New-UX™ Program offers customers true reliability by providing a new part in exchange for a rebuildable core which will be recycled and remanufactured for others. Backed by our extensive Engineering and Development Departments, we continually strive to provide Enhanced Products that reduce costs associated with field failures and downtime.
Quality
The AAR M-1003 Certification is a highly regarded mark of Quality in the Industry. It demonstrates that PowerRail and it's divisions have implemented strict quality procedures. These procedures lead to quality parts and components being produced and delivered in a timely manner. Our advanced Engineering Department uses SolidWorks® CAD software to create true 3-D Solid Models, Drawings, and Renderings. In addition, we have implemented Ultra-Accurate CMM Inspections in our Clean Room. By coupling these two technologies, we are able to assure the end user a quality part that is both reliable and functional.

PowerRail is excited you are here! On behalf of our entire team, I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to showcase to you our facilities and the many parts and components that we provide to the rail industry.
As we celebrate our 20th anniversary this year, I am extremely proud of the growth our company has experienced since we started this endeavor in 2003. We continue to expand our product offerings and create enhancements to better serve our customers. As always, we are dedicated to providing the Rail, Power Generation, Transit, and Marine industries with an alternate source for true AAR M-1003 Quality parts and components, with competitive pricing and delivered in a timely manner.
We are pleased to extend our offering of “Enhanced Products,” developed by our Engineering team and coupled with our M-1003 Quality Program. These products symbolize our attention to customers’ needs and the importance in providing better solutions to current applications and cost savings, all while keeping quality at the forefront.
